• Bed & Construction: Rigid, all-steel machined base allowing the tailstock to slide and smoothly lock into position for varying part lengths. 

• Headstock: Powered rotation spindle with a 1-3/8” (35 mm) through-hole and an 18” (450 mm) aluminum faceplate. It delivers variable speed rotation ranges (typically 0.1 to 2.0 RPM or 0.2 to 4.0 RPM). 
• Tailstock: Air-operated pneumatic tailstock providing up to 1,000 lbs (450 kg) of constant clamping pressure to secure parts during rotation. Includes an 18″ matching aluminum faceplate. 
• Welding Ground: Integrated 600 Amp continuous welding ground. 
• Torch & Lines Package: Includes the main automated welding torch (commonly configured for GTAW/TIG, PAW/Plasma, or GMAW/MIG processes) accompanied by the necessary gas, water-cooling, and control lines.
