Key Design Features
- Three-Step Micro-Injection Module: It utilizes a split mechanism featuring a 14 mm plasticizing screw to prepare the melt with minimal degradation, a high-precision pre-dosing piston (0.001 cm³ precision), and a dedicated 5 mm injection piston to eliminate standard injection fluctuations.Â
- Integrated Cleanroom Production Cell: The workspace can be upgraded to an integrated ISO Class 100 cleanroom environment, maintaining overpressure blowing to prevent any ambient particulate contamination on small, high-sensitivity parts.Â
- Built-in Quality Control & Robotics: It comes factory-configured with an integrated parts-handling robot and an optical/camera inspection system (such as the Sherlock system) to verify the microscopic features of each part mid-cycle.Â
- Material Versatility: Optimized for standard and advanced engineering thermoplastics, liquid crystal polymers (LCPs), bio-resins, as well as ceramic and metal injection molding (PIM/MIM) feedstocks.Â
