Cammann C-38 SQSS Metal Disintegrator uses aseries of electric arcs to break down the metal into small particles. Anelectrode in the head of a disintegrator vibrates while cutting as coolant ispumped through the electrode to wash away the powdered metal.

What are the benefits of metal disintegrators? They can remove broken tooling without damaging the hole or threads. Better yet, the process also keeps the part cool to the touch to prevent cool down time and efficiency.
